This Photography Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Photographer and the Client(s) (collectively, "Client") as of the date of booking. 1. SERVICES The Photographer agrees to provide photography services on the agreed date, time, and location discussed with the Client. The session will include professional photography coverage and delivery of edited digital images. 2. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to secure the booking date. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the photoshoot, on the same day of the session except for weddings. For weddings 50% of the deposit is due 2 weeks before the wedding date. No images will be delivered until full payment has been received. Failure to complete payment on the day of the shoot may result in withholding of all deliverables. 3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session and are subject to Photographer availability. In the event of severe weather or emergency, the Photographer may reschedule at no additional cost. 4. DELIVERY OF IMAGES The Photographer will deliver a curated gallery of professionally edited, high resolution images. Delivery timeline is typically within 2 weeks for most sessions under 4 hours, unless otherwise stated.For sessions and weddings more than 4 hours, delivery time is typically within 3 weeks. RAW/unedited images will not be provided. 5. CREATIVE CONTROL The Photographer retains full creative control over the session, including but not limited to composition, lighting, editing style, and final image selection. 6. CLIENT COOPERATION The Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without compensation. 7. COPYRIGHT & USAGE The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. The Client is granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. 8. SOCIAL MEDIA CREDIT REQUIREMENT The Client agrees to credit and tag the Photographer in any public social media posts that include images from the session. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms such as Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, and TikTok Stories. Tagging must be clearly visible in captions, posts, and/or stories. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received. 10. MODEL RELEASE The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, promotional purposes, and publication in magazines. 11. FORCE MAJEURE The Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, weather, illness, or equipment failure. 12. LASER / LIGHTING SAFETY CLAUSE (APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS & EVENTS) The Client acknowledges that the Photographer uses professional mirrorless camera equipment that may be permanently damaged by exposure to laser lighting or similar high-intensity lighting effects. The Client agrees to inform venues, DJs, and any third-party vendors that laser lighting must not be used during any portion of the event where the Photographer is actively shooting. If laser lighting or similar hazardous lighting is used, the Photographer reserves the right to immediately stop photographing without liability or obligation to continue coverage. No refunds will be issued in such cases. The Client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any damage to the Photographer’s equipment caused by laser lighting or similar effects during the event. 13. AGREEMENT By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
